Possible camera problem??

Wifes new s5. she loves the phone but 1 out of 10 pictures or so has this grey bar-

If you are saving the photos to the microSD card I would try formating the card with the phone first and then try again. If you are not storing the photos to a microSD card then I have no idea.

Had this problem on my S3 and I'm pretty sure it was a corrupt SD card. If you're using a new card it may be worth looking into replacing it.
