You're saying that your phone is NOT connected via the audio jack to your car, yet if it's connected to the car charger via the micro-USB port it causes interference on your car radio? Weird!
That car charger must not be shielded very well. Try using a different Aux port, or try a different charger (I've had good luck with the Motorola ones).
