I saw on Android Authority that the upcoming T-Mobile exclusive phones that are coming out are also being made by TCL.

One would assume that means TCL and T-Mobile have a good relationship.

So hopefully T-Mobile and TCL have a good relationship and they would carry the BlackBerry KEYone as well.

I have heard that the two US carriers are Sprint and will be T-Mobile. But who knows for sure? And if they do know, they aren't talking. An individual said his Aunt who is well placed at AT&T has said that they will not be offering the KEYone.

The question is will T-Mobile block the monthly security updates if it doesn't sell well or will Blackberry handle the security updates? If it is the later I will be getting this phone (if sold at T-Mobile).

I already posted proof 2 weeks ago that T-Mobile was going to sale the KEYone. T-Mobile and Sprint are the only ones going to carry it, Att and Verizon will Not.

The Tmobile Priv was full of bugs etc. I recommend just buying the K1 from the site itself and not rely on carriers for updates,

This is great! My brother is in the US and loves BlackBerry so I'm keeping an eye on this situation!

T-Mobile just made a new thing to where if you break your phone you don't have to send it in for insurance , they'll replace it in the store. it's pretty crazy but very nice.

I honestly don't believe it's a hard no from AT&T and Verizon. All the sources I have consulted have been inconclusive. I believe AT&T and Verizon are judging UK and early unlocked US sales before they make a final decision. BUT who knows?

It IS looking good for T-Mobile in my opinion, in fact I posted almost this same thread at CrackBerry! And Sprint as we have been told WILL carry it, later whatever that means. ;)

I'm in T-MOBILE but I sure didn't want to wait for them to have it available. The only reason I got my Priv thru them was because I was due for an update and I didn't have to money to just order one from Blackberry.

I'm getting my KEYone this Wednesday and I'm beyond stoked so I hope those that are waiting for TMo to have it don't have to wait long.

Got mine on Saturday just to let you know WiFi calling works fine.

Blackberry sales with new devices will have to soar for the larger carriers to jump in. The past has not been so good plus the name BlackBerry isn't selling in the states at all.

I'm not surprised. T-mobile did carry TCL's windows 10 phones which I did want. Not worth switching though as T-mobile is trash where I live. Good thing I currently use Sprint and they carry the KeyONE direct.
