Possible to completely disable Bixby?

On my S9, once I accepted the Bixby agreement, I could then remap the Bixby button and basically disabled it on my phone. When I swipe from the left, I get Google Assistant/tiles, which is what I like and am used to. I'd love to get the same on my S6. I've tried turning everything off but I can't actually disable it.

Any suggestions? I did find how to make the power button a power button again, and not a Bixby button.

From what I have read you can no longer totally disable bixby.
