Possible to customize quick settings?

Does anyone know if its possible to customize the "quick settings" in the pull down shade? By this I mean to either add a setting that's not there, or remove a setting that is not often used? I may have missed something obvious but I seem to remember seeing it somewhere that this is possible but can't seem to find it. Thanks

I use Power Toggles. Got up to 16 toggles that top the pull-down menu. I rarely go to quick settings.
