Possible to text someone directly from Call History?

Occasionally Ill miss a call from someone who is not in my contacts.
Id like to be able to just text them directly from the Call History screen (where Ive seen that I missed their call), as opposed to copying and pasting the number and then going into "messages" to text them.

Is this possible?
