post-CSD1 for TMB N960U1?

The N960U1 (US unlocked Note9) on TMB is still on the CSD1 firmware, a week after the other US carriers released CSE3 for the N960U1, and a week after all major US carriers (including TMB) released CSF1 for the N960U.

I could install the newer firmware via Odin, but first I want to make sure TMB didn't have a good reason to withhold it so far. Has anyone tried installing CSE3 or CSF1 on the N960U1 on TMB, and if so did everything work properly?

I was on CSF1 on TMobile for short time , didn't see any issue but back on the carrier firmware with ATT
