Let's see those photos!

I like this photo because the phone used ISO 2000 and the noise is minimal. The autofocus also did a good job considering it was very dark.

Re: Post photos taken with your Z Force

Odd this thread hasn't caught on.

Oh. I see why now, you can't upload photos from a mobile browser without a bunch of hassle.

Photo taken in my vehicle with only the light of the overhead light in my vehicle. The Force has a pretty good camera I think.

I haven't taken many meaningful photos yet with the phone so here is just a couple. One is a cousin's one year old. For those worried about children, she was moving around quit a bit and I still got a few good shots. The other is a boring cigar picture, because I smoke a lot of cigars. Anyway it came out pretty decent for 1 in the morning and not very good lighting.

So it did well with moving kids, that has me very excited.

I'm not going to sit here and say every picture came out perfect, I don't think that would be true of any phone camera with a moving kid. But it did well and more pictures came out good then bad ones.

A couple of damaged transmission parts:

I don't think HDR is doing a good job stitching as the photos, here of of the cat, shows a "motion blur" that just shouldn't be there. That's my big problem with the camera. I'll be testing without HDR from now.

Plalying With DNGs. ProShot with JPEGs aren't much better, and more often than not worst, than Motorola's camera app.
There is no difference at all in the level of detail in DNGs compared to JPEGs.

I was surprised to get this shot of the kids jumping in the pool. I have tried shots like this with my Turbo and my Turbo 2 and would just get blurred out pictures, sometimes with the kids not even in the frame.

I'll play. Here are some beach scenes. I'll admit that the Z Force struggled with always seeming to be darker than reality as the sun was setting, but if I moved the exposure just a hair the results were good. Otherwise it was great.

I'm impressed. I get more focused and clean images in low light with this camera than I could with my S7 or Note 7 which both being the same camera isn't surprising. But the quality is substantially better than a lot of the reviews like to give it credit for.

Everybody busy wants to claim how much better Samsung is without doing any real test.

Supposedly the G5 main camera is just behind the Samsung's. Now I don't have the G5 but I do have the G4 and the main camera was reported to be the same.

I have just both the G4 and X Force beside each other and the X won in overall performance.

I think the thing is people, even reviewers, get into a mind set of Samsung cameras being the best.
They certainly have the same problems as others but they seem to get a pass. All thcamera shootouts I've seen have been Z vs S7. Oh well.
