The pictures look MUCH better when viewed on the phone thanks to the gorgeous screen. They also look beautiful on a LED backlit Lenovo laptop when not re-compressed for the forum.

They look nothing like the images my Nikon DSLR shoots, but this camera absolutely replaces any point and shoot I've ever used. The only drawback is the lack of a true halogen flash, but that's a fair trade-off.

The camera is not to bad at all. I love the options for pics that you have, I took this pic in Night scene mode. The pic was taken at the Hollywood Bowl, Diana Krall concert.
