Man I'm too embarrassed to put one of my pictures on here due to the fact that all of you guy's look so nice. My Bionic takes pictures that some out kind of dusty looking. Am I missing something that you guys have or do I just have a bogus phone? I brought it brand new but I'd be lying if I said that my pics come out satisfactory.

Try cleaning the lens. Also check out HDR Camera+ in the market.
