Post-Unlocking Bootloader: Stop OTA Updates?

Wanted to know if there is a way in which a rooted, unlocked bootloader Samsung Galaxy S3 can have OTA blocked from installing by tweaking any settings or disabling any system applications...

For HTC Thunderbolt which I had used it was pretty simple by freezing certain elements in the system apps. Was wondering if anyone knew how to do this.

install cwm and a rom that specifically has it blocked for double protection.

In the past if you have CWM and a ROM any OTA will fail.
