Yes she did. My mom doesn't know what the different faces really mean, she just throws them in. I got a text once that started with the and ended with the and the message was about a picture of my dog. She also has phone numbers on a paper taped to the back of her phone, rather than in her contacts. To my knowledge, she has never used the app market, still has the stock wallpaper, and never moved her apps around on the homescreen. She still has the help widgets.

I have ADW EX, you dont need the EX version but you do need a luncher that allows you to resize widgets.
I dont have a dock showing because I use a up swype gesture to bring up the app drawer.

Here is a screen shot of my LG Optimus S (LS670670ZVC). I am running "Launcher Pro" (free version) and "Fancy Widget". I like things clean and simple.

Picture is of my girlfriend in front of Le Petit Trianon on the grounds of the Versailles Palace outside of Paris. We studied abroad there last summer and we would highly recommend it to anyone who is considering.

Default is 160 across all roms. 140 will make everything on your phone smaller (emulating a higher density screen). I use it because I'm using a cm7 theme for HDPI devices. If you want to try it, search "lcd density changer" on the market. FWIW, you have to be rooted to use it.

First screen is my default screen, beautiful widgets and custom icons I got from a thread on XDA... I believe they were made by papertreeprophet or something similar?
Second is using Tapatalk, Google Voice, and shortcuts

Dock has stock LPP set up in first screen, second has Gmail, Market, Pandora, Camera, and voicemail (RSS icon)

What theme do you use? softTouch (Thanks Theme team!!)
What widgets do you use? Beautiful widgets, Tapatalk, Google voice, hotspot widget

Diff keyboards... i prefer swype.

First is just using Cal Widget and short cuts, dock has XDA, Brambleberry's soap app, G+, Alarm clock, and gTalk

GoSMSPro with Swype and custom HTC IME keyboard.
