I have changed that setup awhile ago but I think it was
Launcher Pro Plus Mod-Signals23 clear widgets
Main screen-Simi clock, launcher pro icons from XDA with 3 docks
Lock screen-MIUI modded clock, widgetlocker themed slider
3rd screen-Beautiful widgets weather
transparent widgets:Scoremobile, Pandora and Setcpu
Calendar was included in the LPP signals 23 mod. They recently released a new LPP with skinned theme widgets that can be mixed together
I got the icons from XDA somewhere. I modded nothing myself and just mix together things I find or see in other screen shots.

How did you change the color of the number icon for messages?

Go to widget locker, long press, choose widgets, then choose Lock Screen Clock...and presto....just have to resize, to your specifications

Thunderbolt "all stock" with the Banksy "fallen angel" as my wallpaper. Nothing too crazy or fancy. And in the background is moms moto xoom. (she said ipad 2's are for sissys!" hahahaha, and shes not an apple hater btw, both her and my dad each have an iphone 4).
