The thread had gotten kinda quiet for a bit, and I clearly didn't scroll back very far before I posted that.

A few pics from Marvel Cave in Branson.
Really hard to tell in a photo, but this is the original entrance to the cave. It's basically a sink hole. The light from above is lighting up the side of the entrance in the ceiling of the "Cathedral Room".

The view from the floor of the Cathedral Room, showing the opening, debris mound, and stairway down from the tour entrance. This room is 20 stories high, and in 1994 they flew 5 hot air balloons (the guide called them full sized, but they were one man balloons from what I read) inside this room, setting a Guinness record. The path down from the bottom of the stairs is covered, for protection from falling debris or bat guano.
The "Liberty Bell" stalagmite. The guide said it was hollow, and there is an opening somewhere.
