with my screenshot utility I can't get the top bar or the pull down, but I have included other pictures so you get the idea. What you see includes:

-Open Home + skin
-Icon pack
-Many widgets + skins
-New font
-New top bar
-Transparent pull down
-Changed default green to blue for battery and various buttons (not shown I got lazy looking for a picture)

I did root my phone for some of the features such as the new top bar and transparent pull down.

Sorry for the just slightly off-topic questions, but they are related to actually getting the screen shots seen here:
My first question is how are the terrific screen shots made, and does the phone have to be rooted to be able to make the screen shot?

If the phone has to be rooted to do all of this, are there any problems of rooting the phone?

if you don't use a home replacement (maybe of them have the ability to capture screenshots) then you do have to be rooted to use the screencap apps in the market.

there's no problems with rooting provided you don't mess things up yourself.

how exactly did you get the icons running on ur droid? im still very new to mine and I would love to have those icons on mine.

I'm wondering the same thing. Can anyone help us out getting these custom (i.e. not d/l'd from the marketplace) icon packs to work? Not sure which directory to put them in on the phone..

I think you have to have a home replacement to get the custom icons and each home replacement is a little different in adding the custom icons. Which home replacement are you using?

Yup. You can have 2 other fonts besides that. Next update will probably have skinning.

I have been using the new look now for a couple of weeks and really like it, its a nice change from the flip clock. For some reason I can't stop changing the look of my home screens every day. Man I love my Droid!
