I am sorry but I have a troubleshooting question regarding themes and icons...I am trying to add the icon pack to my phone from the link below. It's a windows metro icon pack. It should work on Nova Launcher but once I install the pack it does not show up on my Icon Pack list when I try to change an icon.

Am I supposed to do something with icon packs that I download from the internet rather than from the Play store?
