I am new again. . Been around 2 years plus since I had my last Android. .. now on my nexus 7i tried launchers and just got annoyed and stopped.
Now I may try again on the nexus 7 before my note 2..

Nova launcher, uccw, and a lot of zooper widgets for the colored back grounds and two of the tabs as well as weather icon. The dock, battery bar, and clock are from a uccw skin that I found on uccw, and sketch icons found on playstore. I've deleted uccw and nova on my phone to go stock, but if you are really interested in recreating it, I could put together a walk through for you.
