Dude That opening looks incredible. How did you change the lock screen....Please don't tell me I have to root my phone....Did that with my Dell Streak and what a pisser that turn out to be. After upgrading unofficial roms I had to return it.....

Save a pic you want to use to your gallery
long press and empty spot on your home screen
click the Wallpapers tab
select gallery
The select"set as Lock screen"
select a pic
crop
done

When I use a 1280 x 800 picture it still makes you crop it to make it fit horizontally and vertically. Hmm. Maybe I need to make them extra tall.

No matter what resolution you use it will make you crop if you are using the stock wallpaper "apply"... Try an app like Wallpaper Wizardrii, works without the cropping

Got the basic template + most of the icons from here: next level Android: WindowsTab 8 for Android!

The wallpaper he provides won't work right as the text is too high. I also made some small changes to the icons and ADW to get everything to come together.

How did you get rid of the ADW icon in the top left corner? That's been driving me nuts.

I used APK Manager to decompile the apk, then I made the icon transparent and recompiled it.

How do you place the large picture in a post instead of the attachment?

The image has to stored online. Then you use the image link icon to insert the URL of the image.

No changes after TW update. None of the new widgets grabbed me.
