Power button

Does anyone have a problem with the power button? My gf has the phone and everytime I use it the power button WORKS but doesn't click when pressed. In other words you wouldn't know you pressed it aside from the screen turning on. Does anyone else have this issue? Any recommendations? If its the unit can T-Mobile do an exchange? Thanks!
