Power Manager Battery Saving Policies

I'm always getting the cpu is overloaded messages got Facebook Instagram iheartradiio and messenger

Still learning Android so some of the settings for power saving policies are confusing..

I want to save power but still receive notifications which settings should I toggle for these apps?

If I allow the deep sleep and enable lock screen cleaning won't that delay notifications?

And turning off the auto start for apps wouldn't that also screw up notifications as well since u would have to manually launch those apps to get them going?

Hi,
I don't use official Facebook or messenger anymore, instead I use Friendly which replace those two apps. But you can also give a try to Facebook lite.

With these you really avoid battery draining problem.
I don't use Instagram or iheartradio but I'm sure you can find a light solution for your needs.
