Power off home touch button

Is there a way to add a power off home touch button down on the bottom? I had this option on my htc m9 and it was great. Especially since my phone before the m9 had the power button crap out.

If you root, you can use Quick Reboot Pro to power off. (I have fastboot and off on my homescreen.)
