Power Off TV?

I had to change some settings, but now I have my Chromecast set to turn on my receiver and TV. However, when I disconnect from it the Chromecast doesn't power off the devices. Am I missing something or does it not power off the TV using CEC?

My BD Player turns on the TV, but does not turn it off. I've often wondered about that too.

Yeah, I've never messed with it since I use my logitech harmony remote to turn everything on and off. I will probably just program it for changing the input and turning everything on and off, I've just been to lazy to do it.
