Power Pack Problem

The first light on the battery now stays on all the time after charging. The battery gradually drains without use because of this. What to do?

May need to know which brand/model, but I won't personally know what to tell you with any of them. Sounds like some kind of error. Have you let it drain completely to see if it might reset itself?

It's the Turbo Battery Pack. Really acting weird. I might as well completely drain it and see.

I've also noticed some anomalies with the lights. Don't have your issue, but do notice them (not sure if it's one or more of the lights) flashing periodically at night time. So it must be happening constantly but that's the only time I can see it.

Took it back to Verizon. They hadn't heard of any issues but cheerfully swapped it out for another one even though I didn't ask for it. No problem with the new battery.
