Power Saving widget on ICS

When I still had 2.3.6, I liked the Power Saving widget that I believe was preloaded with the phone. It had all the options on the bar (which can scroll), and I can turn things on/off on the fly. But, since getting ICS, the same widget now appears as a double bar, and I can't find a way to shrink it down to a single bar, or find the old widget that had it as a single bar. Any suggestions?
