Power widget

When I switch on my N7 from cold the power control widget just shows up as a black oblong, no icons for wifi, bluetooth etc. I switch on the wifi in settings and and the icons then appear in the widget. If I put the N7 into sleep mode the widget behaves normally. I have removed and reinstalled it without success. Anyone else had this problem. Thanks for any advice. Tom

I would email the developer and let them know what is going on.
