Any order made before launch date is considered a pre-order. It's not promotional gift card. It's one time $150 credit to use on their selection of accessories through Samsung.com store. You can only use it once.

Oh ok, thought I had read they sent you gift card if you didn't order accessories at time of order. Guess I better decide what I want before I order.

If you don't use the credit at all during your order, I believe you will then be able to use it later but for the same Samsung accessories. Just know that if you use it, you have to use all of it at that time (single use) or as much as you can because you won't keep any leftover credit. It'll disappear.

Then send you a code for later use. There is not a lot to choose from at the moment because a lot of the accessories got wiped out last time I looked.
