Pre-order "deals" are unimpressive to put it mildly!

No double storage offers, which are available in the UK and India, BTW.

No free charger.

Mediocre trade-in offers for your existing phone.

Measly $30 offer not even applicable to the phone itself.

This is, by far, the worst pre-sale incentive picture I've ever seen. It's basically, here's our price, take it or leave it.

How the hell does the UK and India get the upgraded double storage offer and not the US? What did we do to piss off Samsung?

I'm not happy, not happy at all!

I feel the same. I was pleased with the trade offer of $800 on my S24U.

But the old offers that made new buds really cheap, or if you wanted a smart device. I have two sets of buds, and the old phone uv cleaner box. All that I've gotten from swaps in years past.

How does one get the stupid $30 to apply? Yeah offers are cheap, but $800 for an S24U is a pretty solid discount.

Right now the best deal around seems to be from Best Buy. They are offering the S26U with 512 Gb of storage for the same price as the 256 Gb mode($1299). And they'll link it to your Verizon account (if that's your carrier) or any other carrier account you currently use.
Verizon itself isn't offering this nor is Samsung!

Did anyone receive the $30 credit? I have not received an email. Also, I could not get the $150 in item credit. It kept removing items from cart.

The BestBuy deal does seem to be the best for just the phone.. $800 refund credit for an S24U trade in, and free 512GB memory upgrade. Easily worth ~$220 all in. Probably going that route, although concern is a $45 restocking fee IF returned.

AMAZON has the phone S26U 512GB for 1299 PLUS a $200 gift card included.. but I can’t figure out a way to get a trade in on that.. I would TOTES buy it from AMZN for that mount if they could figure out the $800 trade in value.

The Amazon deal seems like a real keeper. It's listed as an "unlocked phone." Can I assume this will be compatible with the Verizon network?

The trade-in value of my S21U is almost nothing, $50 I believe so it's worth more for me to keep as a backup.

I just ordered it on Amazon. They have the double storage for no additional charge and they're throwing in a free $200 Amazon gift card. And because I'm using my Amazon Prime Visa, that gives me an additional 5% discount. So, before taxes, the net cost is just $1049 for the 512 Gb version. Pretty happy with this but really shocked that Samsung itself is not offering this kind of deal.
It's really very weird.

I called Verizon tech support to be sure that the "unlocked" phone will be able to be activated on the Verizon network and I was assured that it would be no problem.

I agree, the deals aren’t as good as in the past. I preordered the S26 ultra 512Gb, paid full price. I couldn’t trade in my fold 7 and didn’t want to trade in my pixel 10. I got so many deals in the past, I have stuff I still use from, chargers, portable batteries, and more.

Carrier deals are pretty good, $1100 trade-in plus another $65 edu discount. $30 credit gets you a free case at least. New lines get $1300 trade-in

Yeah, the "deals" were pretty much unimpressive. I was glad I got $800 for trading in my S24Ultra512GB unlocked. I still have to buy a power adapter since the only thing in the box will be the phone, the cable and that little metal key thingy. Ah, the days when we got earphones and chargers and free double storage. But I am still excited to get the S26Ultra 256GB unlocked.

Ya At&t is a joke. No deals other then trade in, which is worthless for me. I was going to preorder, but I think I am going to wait until there is an actual deal.

I think the Samsung deals are actually a joke if you compare to past where they give you $1000 for an old phone AND it included a free upgrade to next storage level at the time.

At least AT&T will give you more for your S23U then Samsung would. Heck if I trade in my iPhone 15 I get $1300 off a $1299 phone. It's a wash
