pre order or wait till in store?

Good morning all. I for sure wanna get the note 10+ but have never pre ordered before. Are the deals typically better with pe order or does launch day have different/ better offers. If only I had a crystal ball lol. I also have to do payments so probably Verizon store or best buy? Thanks for any input you can give

Any pre-order bonus (like the 150 gift card with the Plus) will not be offered on launch day. Usually there are different offers (which vary by carrier and store, but if it's a carrier offer it will most likely include the 'add a line' clause). Any Samsung bonus is usually lower (if past occurrences are any indication) but they do offer some sort of bonus with the phone.

Any deals that carriers/stores do for the first couple weeks have more bogo sales or if you're switching carriers you can get special deals. If you're just buying one phone though, you're probably better off preordering so you get the $150 in free credit from samsung.com. That's been my experience at least. YMMV

yes same carrier and most likely one phone. Hubby is still on the fence if he's gonna upgrade, and we both have existing lines anyway

Typically lately the preorder deals are the best deals for a while. I would guess the next best deals might be offered when the S11 comes out or maybe black Friday. But I doubt it will be better than today's deals. Just a guess on my part of course.

There are no pre-order gifts or deals in the UK so there’s no benefit to pre ordering. If I could see one in store then I could decide whether to go for the S10+ or the note 10+.

Personally, if I know I want a phone at/around launch I prefer to take advantage of the pre-order gift.

If I was really unsure I would wait for a second wave of incentives and/or reduction in price.

I have become a big Note fan so the past few years I've pre-ordered, but my dad was hesitant and jumped on board with a Note 9 after a price break and another gift offer.

You cant beat that ,mine was 750.00
