Pre-order ships 23rd August

[Android Central Question]

Really hoping Samsung does actually ship on the 23rd as I’ve got a quote from a recycling site who will give me £490 for my iPhone 8 Plus but the quote only lasts 14 days and I got the quote 6 days ago, with it saying ships on the 23rd are Samsung reliable when it comes to sending phones on the date stated? The quote could go down if I miss the 14 day time slot :-(
