A gray one, $50 (refundable) down. I'm going to keep a very close eye on what Samsung does between now and then, if the S3 is going to drop soon, I may hold off. If it looks like it'll be this fall before US carriers get it, I'll proceed with the One X.

I've only ever owned a Samsung as far as Androids go, I'm a tad nervous about switching to HTC

Seriously you'll love the one x. Great hardware and sense is not that bad now. I had a galaxy nexus before and the hardware on the one x is definitely better
