Pre-orders live for Tab S7/S7+

Nope, mine just says label created on the FedEx site...

Keep in mind FedEx has a terrible online tracker compared to UPS and even USPS at times. I've had multiple experiences with them where my packaged will be delivered and the status online will still be days old.

From past history with Samsung orders, the day the label is created is the day FedEx will pick it up from the warehouse. It won't start traveling through FedEx till the next day. Also, Samsung never does weekend delivery for standard orders, so any deliveries will begin Monday at the earliest - so keep an eye on your mailbox starting then if the tracker still looks like it isn't behaving.

They were price matching Best Buy for SOME people. The last time I checked the N20 forum, only a few got a refund. It was more miss than hit.

It took a long time and a lot of back and forth with the chat agent. The he checked with "his team" countless times. I ended sending so many order numbers and screen shots till it ain't even funny (but it kinda is). But for $250...

The issue is we're past the return period so technically, the price match shouldn't be honored.

Mine was easy....I just posted a best buy link in the chat and said that others had gotten an adjustment. The only confusion was that initially they were going to give me a promo code for 250. I didn't think of objecting because he had already submitted it but when it finally processed I received a credit to my card for 270 including tax.

Got my shipping notification. Can confirm that Samsung's Deliver algorithm needs to be fixed. The browser tracking shows delivery on Oct 1st!! LOL. Checked the tracking link directly to Fedex. Delivery on Tuesday by 4:30. LOL.Big window there.

If you get the shipping email, go to Fedex directly.

Wow so they finally sent my tracking and just like I was afraid of it's been pushed back from the 22nd to the 23rd. Keyboard has moved up from the 29th, but I rather have the tab on Tuesday. It's going to be painful to wait 5 more days. Extremely disappointed in Sammy right now.

False alarm. Fedex is still showing Tuesday. Guess I should've checked with them before making my rant . Still doesn't excuse the anxiousness they've given me on this launch.

Accessories will be shipped separately and won't hold up tablet delivery.

My keyboard wont ship till 10/5 but received my tablet yesterday

Ugh. I went to have mine held at my local Walgreens but Samsung restricted those options. It HAS to be delivered to my home. One problem - it requires a signature, I work, I'm single.

I pre-ordered the Tab S7+ and the Keyboard cover on the same order. Web portal now says Expected delivery for S7+ on 23 Sep and Keyboard is still 29 Sep.

But the same web portal also shows status as "In Process", while my FedEx tracking (received a txt from FedEx) shows it arrived at Memphis facility about 5:25 am today. I am in Kansas City, so in theory, it could fly to KC today, process through local facilities on Sunday, and be on truck for delivery on Monday, 21 Sep. But FedEx still shows the "contracted" Delivery date of NLT 8:00 pm on 22 Sep.

Samsung's shipping/tracking algorithm definitely needs some work!

In my area (Kansas City), even with shipper designating "Signature required", due to COVID restrictions FedEx is NOT requiring or even asking for signatures. When they delivered my Galaxy S20+ and two months later my Note20 Ultra, both times the box was just left by the front door -- no knock, no bell ring, no signature.

If you won't be home, I suggest having a neighbor check for you every hour or so. Also, can you specify delivery instructions like "Behind the planter" or "underneath the rose bush" or "behind the porcelain statue." Anything to decrease possibility of porch piracy.

My FedEx is now showing label Created and I'm supposed to receive mine in the 22nd still, I'm hoping FedEx doesn't make me wait an extra day like they did with my note 20 because I'm anxiously waiting for this tablet.
