Predictions: When will the Sprint GNex be released?

Hey guys, quick question. When you get your Nexus and it has a Sprint logo on the battery cover, will you try to remove it? There is a thread about it on the G'Nex forums and I was just curious if you guys were going to give it a go. I remember the Nexus S had the Samsung logo and you could remove it with a pencil eraser, the guy in the thread didn't have a lot of luck. Thoughts?

I have a case on the phone 95% of the time. So it makes no differance to me.

IMO just let it go. lower your anxiety level and relax. it's just a logo. why risk ruining the phone with some kind of chemical remover? just buy a slim TPU case which will not only cover the logo if it bothers you but will also protect the phone. i bought this one and love it -

At this moment, how certain are we that the Verizon version will match the Sprint version of the Galaxy Nexus?
In other words, are we sure a Verizon case will fit the Sprint phone...

They have an annoying habit of making the phone just different enough to make one case not work with the other.

The phones will be different enough that the backs won't be interchangeable, other than that, idk.

My risk is even smaller.
One of my workplace compadre's wife works for CaseMate.
She "cleaned out a closet" at her work and he brought in two mail totes of various phone cases today and I came across what turned out to be the only one for the SSGN. For free.
It is the "Barely There" case and I was hoping it will fit the Sprint version.
I guess I will find out in 16 days.
I test fit the case in the holder in my car and it looks good. All I need now is the phone.

ok let's hope we get an announcement of the release date from Sprint in the next day or two. historically Sprint announces the release dates two weeks in advance. so if the 4-15-12 rumored release date is to be believed - we should be hearing something soon.

i would have rather won the Mega Millions - but getting the G-Nex will do.
