Just got it today watched few videos on battery read some stuff not sure if it's me or the phone
Any tips

My last phone was a lgg3 the battery was awful then it died 40 % it restated a lot

I'm not tech suave this phone confuses me already

If it's pre-owned, we don't know how much abuse it went through its previous owner. It may need a new battery.

That was my reason for using jump to upgrade to this hah would suck if true I'm going to wait and see run over the trips and tricks again

You could try downloading an app called Charge Cycle Counter, a number of Android devices with sealed batteries actually track the charge cycles and this app can tell you. It wouldn't tell us everything about the abuse the battery may or may not have suffered, but you would know the charge cycle count which effects overall life of the battery.

Yeah it's definitely dropping about 5 % every 30 minutes I did the swipe cache portion

Done all the battery tips I have found I think I did everything right

Phone don't get hot

Is there way to go back to marshmallow with out root?

I don't see that exact app I see charge cycle battery stats

That is it, for whatever reason it has that name in the play store but displays charge cycle counter in the icon after install.

I've used it on my S7, N5, and Tab S2.

i think it is normal 1% for every 5 minute you use the phone browsing or watching videos on youtube..I also get the same results when watching videos, using messenger and whatsapp while browsing the net at the same time. I also lost 1% every 4-5 minutes.

Plus we have the Snapdragon Version of S7E which is quite average on Battery Life compared to the Exynos version.

I dont know if after 1 year and 6 months optimization with snapdragon variants improved and already caught up with the exynos version.

After letting it die and use slow charge and doing all the battery tips again it seems way better than yesterday
