Prepaid ATT GS5

I want to buy GS5 for ATT outright without contract. I know I can do this at the ATT web site, but are there other vendors from whom I can buy this phone?

No, if you choose outright purchase GS5 does not show up, it shows up only if I select ATT Next which I don't want, I just want to pay full price ....

For best buy it should. I purchased an electric blue galaxy s5 on best buy. Com and I was able to purchase it at full price. There should be an option
