Press -to -save a pic question

Before I had to reset my phone to it's factory settings, when I wanted to save a picture, say from the internet, I simply held my finger on
the pic, a window opened and asked if I wanted to save the picture. Now, I can "feel" the option trying to work, but nothing pops up to
give me the option of saving. I can't seem to find any setting that would restore this feature. Any suggestions?
