Prestigio Wize 3037 stuck on boot cant enter recovery mode

Hi, I've got this tablet and followed the instructions to get into recovery mode, but when I press Volume DOWN mode to enter recovery mode device reboots, shows Prestigio LOGO screen and then shows advertisement screens like ADobe DRM and Prestigio Multicloud and it shifts through them but I'm waiting to boot and nothing happens. I'll leave for 30 minutes and I'll tell you what's happening. Thank you.

Recovery mode (and download mode) and Android are three separate partitions, each with its own complete operating system (like a desktop that can boot Windows, Linux and OSX). It sounds as if the partition (it's in eMMC memory, not a hard drive, but it's still a partition) with the recovery OS is bad. Bring it to a reliable (by reputation) repair shop.
