I've been very happy with my new Galaxy S9 after making a jump from using iOS for over 5 years. However, there are several things that I'm not too happy about and was wondering if there would be a fix:
1. On Email app, each time that there's a PDF attachment, I am unable to "preview" it. I don't typically want to download all of the attachments on the email but still want to have the ability to read what the documents contain. Is there any way to do this?
2. Similar to the above, why isn't the a stock video & music player? It seems like users would need to install 3rd party app like VLC in order to play downloaded videos & music. Is VLC the best option available?
3. What's the best weather widget on Android? Not too happy with Samsung's stock weather widget
4. How do you sync Facebook profile pictures of your friends to the Messages app?
5. Is there any way to retain deleted photos for like 30 days before permanently removing them?

Don't know as I'm not using the app

Try mx player

There are so many on play store. Just search for weather widget

4. How do you sync Facebook profile pictures of your friends to the Messages app?
No idea I don't use facebook

Yes there is a way but only by using a third party file manager app that has a recycling bin option

I also tried using Outlook mail app, and it would still download the PDF file each time I want to merely view it
