Printer on another network - can't set up print

I have a master switch. That's subnet 192.168.2.x
Everything hangs off that his speed switch, my printer and my wifi router, desktop, file server, voip ATA.
So the devices like my tablet that connect via wifi are on a subnet on the far side of the wifi router.

This isn't a problem normally since even though the Linksys wifi router implements NAT there is no issue with outgoing connections to the internet. In fact there is no problem accessing the file server on my backbone LAN.

My printer is network connected on the backbone LAN as well. There is no problem pinging it from a wifi connected device.
The printer has a web interface. I can connect to that and adjust the printer settings from my tablet. So connectivity is not the problem.

But when I try setting up print services on the TabPro12 it only scans the local net, that is the one on the far side of the wifi router, the same subnet that it is on. Of course the printer isn't on that subnet.

There is no way to override this and enter the address of the pritner directly. Or at least I don't see one.:(

Any suggestions about what to do?

Thanks.
