Private mode enabled. Don't know the pin.

So I have some files on my phone that I wanted to delete and my wife got a hold of my s6 last night and this morning I noticed the "private mode" icon on. I shut it off and then noticed the files are mysteriously missing. I tried to re-enable private mode and am requiring a pin. I have never used this feature so I know she is up to something. Is there any way to bypass this or do I have to wipe the phone? I asked her for the pin and she's playing dumb. Any help would be great.

You can take backup of your phone data and then do a factory reset. This will reset the private mode password which is set
