Problem #2 for me: ringtone SOMETIMES works

Problem #1 for me was the awful speakerphone microphone quality. Every single person I've talked to has repeatedly had to ask me "what?" while I was talking to them. MUCH worse than my S3.

My second problem is that I have a certain ringtone set for my mom when she calls (Imperial March aka Darth Vader's theme). Sometimes it works...and sometimes it doesn't. She has a cell and a home phone and it randomly will give me that specific ringtone at times and other times it rings the generic ringtone.

Anyone else have THIS problem?

I already did that when I got the phone because I wasn't receiving text messages and was told that it was a glitch that Samsung shipped it with.

This phone has been a problem ever since I got it. If it's not one thing, it's another.
