Problem afer Factory reset

I had to do a factory reset but when i booted the tablet all i get is "setup wizard has stopped" over and over again

You might need to check the RCA website to see if they have a software suite that can recover the tablet.

ya i already tried their site and contacted them and they flat out said No, we don't give files out to help restore the tablet....
