Problem checking for software update

I am currently running 4.4.3, when I check for software update gets stuck in a loop checking. Any ideas how to fix this?

Okay I have wiped the cache partition as above but phone still gets stuck on checking for firmware update, any other ideas.

If you reboot, and connect to WiFi, does it complete?

No, it is the same on wifi and cellular
