Ok, try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-14686

Excuse me every one I rebooted my phone the next thing I couldn't access my full notification my home button and recent app button wasn't working just the back button and developer options was gone I couldn't access it ,its saying not available for this user I want to use Nova launcher but am not sure it will work on my INFINIX HOT 5 I have installed it what next to get my phone working again my android version is 7.0 need a tutorial fast
I don't even get notifications again.

Welcome to Android Central! I created a new thread for your post, since the one you replied to was for the Galaxy Note4.

What do you mean that you "devoted" your phone? Do you mean you did a factory reset?

Are you using a stock ROM, or did you root the phone and install a custom ROM?

Android 7 is extremely outdated, and it's a potential security risk to continue using it if you have any kind of sensitive data on the phone or pass any sensitive data online. I would strongly suggest upgrading to a more current phone.
