Hi folks,
Newbie here and just purchased a Nexus 7 last week.
As I am currently working away from home, my access to the internet is through the Hotel using a Proxy Server, daily changing - password/username etc.
Problem is I can connect to the internet ok with the Nexus 7 using the advanced wi-fi settings, but I cannot download any apps from Google Play.
Unlike the browser it doesn't ask for a username or password so I suspect the proxy is stopping it downloading?
I can get to install and then it just churns away before eventually coming back with an error.
I also tried going in through the Google Web Browser on the tablet, but that just reverts back to the Nexus own Google Play Store and same problem.
Anyone know how to get round this problem?
