Problem during call recording

Helo i have Lg g5 H845.used different call recorders and nearly all worked fine. After last update error appears with all of them: cannot hear vioce of speaker.mine audible but i can hardly hear speaker. Changed sourse and file type.uninstalled all applications related to such calls. Very annoying. Please help. I make lots of orders and need to record calls. Its very practical.
