Problem getting back files from Titanium

I want to get back to stock from Eclipse Rom v 2.0 in order to update my phone to 902 and eventually to ICS. When I originally rooted the phone I froze apps I didn't want (Bloatware) and all was fine. I recently went into Titanium to unfreeze the apps and notice there were only 3 apps listed to unfreeze. I know there were more originally. What I found is that most off the apps along with all other files pertaining to the stock system seem to have been uninstalled (a line through the name) in the full list of apps backed up in Titanium. When I try to restore them they will not restore. It says restoring but never finishes. I do not want to attempt to un root until I know I wont brick my phone.
Any help with this problem would be appreciated.

thats odd, and its been awhile since i have used titanium backup. if you knwo which ones you froze, and which ones arent listed anymore. maybe search fro an .apk for them and try reinstalling them with a file manager? i did that in the past when i removed an old blockbuster app when i rooted. i reinstalled it when before i unrooted. i found it at xda developers. worst case scenario you could install a fresh stock rom, and unroot.

These are the files in Titanium that will not restore and I do not know if I have to restore them in order to unroot and go back to stock. Obviously some are apps that I uninstalled that are not part of the problem. The last picture with the popup window shows a warning. Anytime this appears it will not let me restore the file.

thats a lot of missing aps, and would take forever finding each one. why dont you instal a stock rom and call it a day?

It wasn't titanium back up that froze those apps, it was the eclipse rom, just go ahead and flash back to stock and the apps will be back. Do your update to .902, then flash ICS and once it is done then look and see what apps still need to be frozen. I noticed this same thing when I went to uninstall eclipse when i installed the 902 update.

Hi Boogan1,
That is actually what I was thinking. Since I couldn't restore them I figured it was the Eclipse Rom that was blocking it so I wouldn't brick my phone. The same way it just gives me a white screen when I check to see if there are any updates from Moto/Verizon. I haven't tried anything yet since I need my phone right now to work and can't afford any problems. I guess I will try on my days off from work but thanks for the response.

Do you think I can just do a factory reset or just use Petes 1 click root tool to go back to stock.. I do not have a backup of the stock system in my files.

I use Titanium to restore whenever I put a new rom on my Bionic or do a data reset. I have the same problem with some apps not restoring, just endlessly saying that they are. Here's my workaround.

Start by restoring apps through the Play Store. You can then use TB to restore data to any of them as needed. For apps that you didn't get through the Play Store, try restoring the app without data. This usually works, then restore data after.

This may have been answered but really dont feel like looking through this whole forum so sorry if it was said
1. If i freeze all the social stuff will that affect any of the apps i would use (messages Facebook app ect.)
2. if someone could either link or just type what the main like stock apps that just kill your battery i could care less if they took up the storage but i do care about battery so if anyone could just write the apps to freeze to save battery life.
Thanks
