Problem getting the new Beta installed

Heya, folks.

I'm trying to participate in the Watch 5 Pro Beta testing, but I can't seem to get it installed.

I filled out the application in the Members app.

I selected Download.

It downloaded, and I now only see the option to uninstall.

However, when I go to software update in either the Wearable app or the watch itself, it tells me that I'm up to date... but there's no indication that I updated to Beta, nothing ever copied over or was installed... how do I get it to actually install the Beta?
