problem HTC EVO V 4G VIRGIN MOBILE BAD ESN wrong sml

i want to unlock the cellphone on my country, here on dom. rep. we can activate cdma with bad esn, but the problem is when im going to ##3424# the phone show me DM COMMAND SERVICE: and asked sml code. but in type 000000 or everything and showme always wrong sml. so i cant procede to de unlock proccess

pls help me.

you need to get your msl. if your rooted you can get msl reader from the playstore. if not do a google search for other ways to get it
