Problem in Samsung Galaxy S Duos

Samsung Galaxy S Duos is working very slow. I have not even installed too many apps and memory card I am using in it is just 4 GB out of it more than 2GB is still free. Still it is not working fast or normal. It is too slow to operate. What to do?

Try booting into Safe Mode, which temporarily disables all 3rd party apps. The steps for the S4 should work for the Duos: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-11724


If the problem disappears in Safe Mode, then something you installed is causing the problem. You may have to uninstall apps one by one until the problem disappears. If the problem persists in Safe Mode, then it's more likely to be a hardware or firmware problem.

Hi pls help I have Samsung duos model GT-S7562 if i turn the wifi on he is automatically downloading a app and he automatically install it.I think this done have a virus what I can do?
