Problem Installing ROMs

This happens with most ROMs I attempt to install. Here is an example with koush's ICS ROM.

Installing update...

Suggestions?

could be a bad zip, i'm running that and i know it works great.
i'd go grab the latest version, alpha 10 as of writing this, and then make sure you do a full data/wipe and wipe Dalvik.
For these early builds where a bunch changes between builds it's very important to make sure you wipe everything.

grab the new Matrix 11 kernel for ICS (make sure it's the ICS one and not the GB one) it's awesome.

I fixed it by flashing with TWRP instead of CMRecovery...weird

As of alpha 10 it wasn't working yet. Seems like everyone is focusing on getting MMS to work right now.

Yeah me too but based on the chatter about MMS not working in guessing we are not the majority there.
No worries though, they'll get it all working in due time.
